Over more than a decade, we built a thriving, independent retail brand known for service, knowledge, and loyalty. We developed our own training systems, refined them with our team, and watched how they impacted sales, retention, and customer satisfaction. bloom /loop is the next step—sharing that system with others, so more stores can thrive without reinventing the wheel.
About the Creator
bloom /loop was created by Pasha Kopytov, who spent over ten years building a successful independent pet retail chain in Vancouver, Canada. Starting with a single shop and growing to three thriving locations (plus a robust online store), Pasha learned firsthand what it takes to hire, train, and retain a high-performing team.
Over the years, he developed internal systems, onboarding programs, and product knowledge guides that transformed new hires into confident advisors—and turned loyal customers into brand advocates.
bloom /loop is the next step: turning everything that worked inside one company into a platform that can support many. Built with care, refined in the real world, and designed for teams who want to do more than just show up.

I originally built this course for myself. One-on-one training took enormous energy—I wanted every new team member to feel welcome, follow at their own pace, understand my accent, and connect with the values behind our work.
