Who are these courses for? Can anyone register?
Absolutely. Our courses are open to anyone — whether you’re just starting out, looking to grow within your current role, or exploring new career opportunities in the pet industry.
We offer training for all levels, from foundational skills to more advanced topics. Employers can register team members (see: How do I register my employees for a course?), but many learners also enroll independently. Our beginner courses can help prepare candidates for job interviews, while our advanced lessons support leadership development and long-term growth — even outside the pet world.
How do I register my employees for a course?
You can assign courses to your team members in one of three simple ways:
Option 1 – Gift the Course
- Log in to your bloom /loop account
- Open the course you’d like the employee to take
- Click “Gift This Course” and complete checkout using recipient’s name, email, and optional delivery time/message
- The employee will get access by email — either logging in or setting up their account
Option 2 – Use the Employee’s Email at Checkout
Log out and purchase using your employee’s email. The course will appear in their account.
Option 3 – Let Employees Sign Up Themselves
Some stores have employees register themselves and reimburse them. That works too!
Why do employees need to register individually?
Each employee must register separately to fully benefit from the training. Each team member needs their own enrollment to receive personalized progress tracking, quiz scores, certificates, and a private dashboard.
Tech & Access
How long do I have access to the courses?
You get lifetime access to any course you’ve registered for, including future updates.
Can I pause and resume a course?
Yes! You can start, pause, and come back anytime. Your progress is saved automatically.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Each course provides a personalized certificate upon completion.
Can I retake quizzes or review lessons?
Absolutely. You can revisit any lesson or quiz as many times as you like.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs online, right in your browser.
Can I access the courses on my phone?
Yes! The platform is mobile-friendly, so your team can access training from any device, anytime.
What if I forget my password?
Visit our password reset page and enter your username or email address. You’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password.
Regional & Future Courses
Is this Canadian-specific?
While bloom /loop was built in Canada, the content is designed for independent pet stores everywhere, with universal best practices and practical advice.
Will there be more courses?
